While you are on a call, you can adjust the volume level by using the arrow keys on the side of the phone. Your Bluetooth® headset may also have volume controls. Please refer to your headset's user guide for further instructions on how to adjust volume controls from the headset.

You can mute your call, by pressing the key below the word MUTE on your Straight Talk phone.

To exit press the red PWR/END key.
